Returns & Exchanges

At Mrs Claus Club by Teamtop, we want you to love your Christmas tees. If something isn’t right, please get in touch so we can help.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. These guarantees apply to standard, custom and sale items.

If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For a minor failure, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to further remedies under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind and size exchanges

  • For standard, non-personalised products, we offer an exchange or store credit if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any original tags attached. Trying an item on to check the fit is fine.

  • Exchanges depend on availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will offer store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • You are responsible for return postage and postage for the replacement item for change-of-mind exchanges. Any original delivery charge is not refundable.

  • These conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns, not claims under Australian Consumer Law.

Custom and personalised tees

  • Custom and personalised products are made especially for you, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on these items. This includes choosing an incorrect size, colour or design, or errors in artwork or wording you supplied, where we have accurately fulfilled your order.

  • Please check your selections and artwork carefully before ordering.

  • If your custom product is faulty, does not match the agreed order or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

  • If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you reasonably can.

  • Include your order number or another proof of purchase, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos to help us assess it.

  • You do not need the original packaging to make a consumer guarantee claim. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit your statutory rights.

  • If we confirm a fault or an error with your order, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Please keep any postage receipts.

  • Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions is not covered where that caused the problem. This does not affect your rights for unrelated faults.

How to arrange a return

  • Contact us by using the online chat or contact form on our website. We will explain the next steps and provide the return address if the item needs to be sent back.

  • Please contact us before posting your item so we can help you choose the appropriate return method.

Refunds

  • Where a refund is payable, we will process it promptly after any necessary assessment, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
