Shipping Information
We always aim to make the process of delivering your team apparel as smooth as possible. Shipping is sent via Australia Post, DHL, Toll or Local Courier. Delivery times can take 5-8 days. Production time can depend on total orders quantity, single product or multirange designs, but usually 6-9 days to collate your entire order from print to delivery.
Change of mind & Exchange Guidelines
At TeamTop, we understand that sometimes preferences change. However, because our products are custom-made to order, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to assist with any issues or concerns you may have.

Custom Products Policy

Custom Orders: All of our products are custom-made based on your specifications. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we made an error in the customisation process.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us as within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide details of the defect and any supporting photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Errors: If we made an error in your custom order (e.g., incorrect size, colour, or design), please notify us immediately. We will rectify the mistake at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations: Due to the nature of custom orders, we cannot accept cancellations once the production process has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
