Is there a minimum order?

There are no minimums. We will deliver all Team Orders within your set order timeframe. Any order placed after this timeframe will be mailed directly for $8 per order.

How long is the cut-off window?

That depends on you! It can be 3 days or even 3 weeks. It really depends on what point of your production process you engage us. We will always work with your timeline and support you.

Question 3

What's the difference between a Team Order and a follow-up order?

A Team Order is the group of orders placed by the cut-off date. This is the cheapest way for your students to get their tops, and all Team Orders receive free shipping.

For students who miss the cut-off window, we call these follow-up orders. Shipping is charged at checkout for these orders and delivered direct to the customer.

One student forgot to order. What now?

We’ve got you covered. We call these follow-up orders.

After your cut-off for Team Orders has passed, all of your products change to a direct-to-customer model. Shipping is added for these follow-up orders and paid at checkout.

Question 5

How will my students find the designed apparel?

Accepted Answer

We create a unique URL for your school that leads to a password-protected page. Teachers set the password for their students to use to access approved apparel. Because many of you will have cast names on the back of your tops, this also keeps student names and school information from being publicly visible.

How much is shipping?

All Team Orders get free shipping.

All follow-up orders placed after your team cut-off date are charged $8 shipping per order.

How long will it take for my tops to arrive?

This depends on how your orders are set up. In most cases, we recommend having your TEAMTOP order page open for 2 weeks. All orders then move into production together. Depending on the quantity your school has ordered, production can take 3–9 days. Once your tops are printed and ready, shipping will be via Australia Post, DHL, Toll or a local courier. Delivery is usually around 4–8 days depending on your location.

We always recommend allowing 21 days as your baseline expectation, but more often than not it is much faster. Timing can depend on workflow, machine use and all the other things life throws at us.

What about quality and pricing?

We have a range of products to suit different budgets and needs.

If you want long-lasting, streetwear-style apparel, we have that. If you want something that will last the season and the kids will paint next year’s set in it, we can do that too.

We know cast tops won’t always be at the top of the shopping list for families, so we’ll always work with you to find something that fits your student base.

Tip: Front-only print tops are always the cheapest option.
