When placing a Team Order we have 10 Top minimum. When placing a 'follow up' order, shipping charged at $10 per order.

Well that depends on you! It can be 3 days or even 3 weeks. It really depends hat what point of your production process you engage us. We will always work with your timeline and support you.

A team order is the grouped orders made by the cut off date. This is the cheapest way for your students to get their tops. All of these orders receive free shipping. For the students that miss this cut off window, we call these 'follow up orders', they will be charged shipping at checkout.

We got you covered. We call these 'follow up' orders. After your cut off for team orders has passed, all of your products change to a 'direct to customer' model. Shipping will be added for these follow up orders and it is paid at checkout.

We create a unique URL for your school to access a passworded page. Teachers will set this password for their students to use to access approved apparel. Because many of you will have cast names on the back of your tops, it also keeps student name and school information from public viewing.

All team orders get free shipping ! So good huh !! All 'follow up orders' (these are the orders placed after your teams cut of dates, are $10 per order.

This depends on the set up for your orders. In most cases, we recommend having your TEAMTOPS order page open for 2 weeks. Then all orders move to production together. Depending on the quantity your school has ordered, production can take 3-9 days. Once your tops are printed and ready, shipping will then be via Australia Post, DHL, Toll or a local courier. Delivery is usually around 4-8 days depending on your location. We will always say 21 days should be your expectation baseline, but more often than not it is much faster, it can depend on workflow, machine use and all the other things life throws at us.

We have a range of products to suit all budgets and needs. If you want long lasting, streetwear apparel; we have that. If you want 'it will last the season, and the kids will paint next years set in it'; we can get those too. We know that cast tops won't always be top of the shopping list for families, so we'll always work with you to find something that fits your student base. Tip: 'Front Only' print tops are always cheapest.
