Here’s what to expect when ordering from Mrs Claus Club by Teamtop.
 

Dispatch time

Our tees are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving your order. For custom tees, this timeframe starts once we have received suitable artwork and any required approvals. If we need further information, we’ll contact you.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time is additional to production and dispatch time. We try not to work weekends. We do in December !!

Australian delivery

We send orders with Aramex Australia, Australia Post or CouriersPlease.

• FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders: estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

• Express shipping for $8.95 AUD: selectable at checkout for Australian orders, with estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

 

Express shipping speeds up delivery after dispatch. Our usual production timeframe still applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, particularly during busy periods or carrier delays.

International delivery

International orders generally take 10–14 business days after dispatch to arrive. Customs processing and local delivery conditions may cause additional delays.

International shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Free Australian standard shipping and the $8.95 Australian express rate do not apply to international orders.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey. If your parcel is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us through our website contact form so we can help.

Christmas order cutoff

Our current Christmas order cutoff is 18 December 2026

We recommend ordering early. We may update this date in the weeks before Christmas as our delivery providers adjust their seasonal deadlines. Delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed. Production and delivery time both apply, so orders placed close to the cutoff may arrive after Christmas, even with express shipping. For custom orders, suitable artwork and any required approvals must be received by the cutoff. International customers should order earlier and should not rely on the 18 December cutoff for arrival before Christmas.

Delivery details & problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us through our website contact form so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
